Anushka Singh is an Bollywood actress. She was one of the most well-paid actresses, and was awarded numerous accolades for her performance. She is also the ambassador for various brands and has her own clothing line that is marketed to women, called Nush. Forbes Magazine also featured her. Anushka Sharma is the youngest child of Kumar Sharma (retd.) and Ashima Sharma. She was born in Ayodhya in Uttar Pradesh on May 1, 1988. Her father is a colonel-retd. and her mother is a homemaker. The elder brother of Anushka Karnesh Sharma served in Merchant Navy and now is an independent film maker. Anushka graduated from Army School Bangalore. Mount Carmel College Bangalore granted her with a Bachelor of Arts. Anushka has a Masters in Arts (Economics). Anushka was always aspired to become a model or a journalist, and never an actor. Anushka made the move to Mumbai after she completed her degree and enrolled herself at the Elite Model Management, and was coached by the fashion consultant Prasad Bidapa. Anushka was first spotted in 2017 for Wendell Rodricks Les Vamps Show. The show also asked her for the spring collection Summer 2007, by Rodricks. Anushka, since making her Lakme Fashion Week modelling debut has appeared in commercials for brands such as Fiat Palio Fiat Whisper Nathella Jewelry Silk & Shine Whisper Nathella Jewelry. Anushka started giving auditions for film in addition to her modeling. Anushka Sharma began her film career in 2008 with Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi. She starred opposite Shah Rukh Khan. In preparation for her screening, Anushka Sharma spent all day. Later on she was signed for three films under the Yash Raj Films banner. She was a young bride to the middle-aged actor (Shah Rukh Khan) in the movie. The film was hit on the box office and was the second-highest-grossing movie of 2008. Anushka appeared alongside Shahid Kapoor, Shahid Kapoor, Vir Das, and Meiyang Chang in the 2010 movie "Badmash Company". The film was met with mixed praise. Anushka was also seen alongside Ranveer in the film 'Band Baaja Baaraat' in which she portrayed the role of a Punjabi middle-class girl who set up her own company. The movie was a huge success with a lot of praise. With Band Baaja Baaraat Anushka's three-film deal under the Yash Raj Films banner was final.
